Because many hair systems are handmade, customized, or produced according to customer-selected specifications, some variation may occur between:

Customer expectations
Finished products
Minor differences in color, density, texture, curl, hair direction, base construction, ventilation, measurements, or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Jake Kent Hair System is not responsible for poor fit, appearance, or customization issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

Recommendations provided during consultations are based on experience and the information available at the time.

We do not guarantee any particular result from consultations, coaching, tutorials, or educational materials.
5. Product Appearance and Color Matching
We make reasonable efforts to help customers select an appropriate hair color, density, texture, and style.
However, digital photographs, lighting conditions, monitor settings, camera settings, existing hair color, hair dye, oxidation, sun exposure, and manufacturing differences can affect perceived color.
An exact color match cannot always be guaranteed.
6. Hair System Lifespan
Any statement regarding the expected lifespan of a hair system is an estimate only.
Hair system longevity may depend on factors including:

7. Shedding, Tangling, and Normal Wear

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
8. Adhesives and Skin Reactions
Jake Kent Hair System may recommend or discuss tapes, liquid adhesives, removers, scalp protectors, cleaning products, shampoos, conditioners, or other products.
These products may be manufactured by third parties.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following manufacturer instructions.
Individual sensitivities and allergic reactions may occur.
Customers should discontinue use of a product if significant irritation occurs and seek medical advice when appropriate.
Jake Kent Hair System does not diagnose or treat skin conditions, allergies, scalp disorders, infections, or medical causes of hair loss.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because hair systems may be customized, worn, cut, styled, colored, altered, or otherwise personalized, return eligibility may be limited.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written refund policy:
Customized or altered hair systems may not be eligible for return once production has begun or the product has been materially altered.
Products that have been cut, bonded, taped, glued, styled, colored, washed, worn, or otherwise modified may not be eligible for return.
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.
We may request photographs, videos, measurements, or other information to evaluate the issue.
If we determine that a manufacturing error occurred, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:

Replace the system
Arrange a remake
Offer store credit
Issue a partial or full refund
Shipping fees, customization fees, consultation fees, or other charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in this section removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should review all order details carefully before approving production.
Once a custom hair system has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If changes are possible, additional manufacturing or customization charges may apply.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed.
